Vintage English Silver Plated Candle Stand

An elegant silver plated candle holder, manufactured by Ian Heath in circa 1950's, Birmingham,  England.  The candle holder has a good weight to it and has a removal decorative top.  The body is smooth with raised pretty decorations around the pedestal and upper body part.  The underside has a velvet base.

Condition: In  good condition with a few scratches at the base and silver tarnishing due to normal wear and age.
