Antique French Limoges Roses Lidded Pot

A pretty antique lidded pot, manufactured in circa 1894 -1900 by Theodore Haviland  in Limoges, France.  The pot is an elegant tall cylindrical shape, decorated with delicate pink roses  with gold accents  below the rim.   The base is gently scalloped and is  blush gilded with the gilding extending to the fine curved finial.  A suitable lidded pot for storing biscuits, chocolates or to use for vanity purposes.

Height from base to tip of finial 17cm x diameter 10cm

Condition: In excellent antique condition. Intact gilding and paint. Has had very little or no use.  Great for a piece that is well over 100 years old.
