Hand Painted Phoenix Teacup and Saucer Duo

A pretty vintage hand painted teacup and saucer duo.  Manufactured circa 1925 - 1950, by Phoenix Bone China (Thomas Forester & Sons Ltd),  Phoenix Works, Longton, England.  The teacup and saucer is decorated with  skillfully hand painted  vines of pink fuschias on a crisp white background.  The rims of the teacup and saucer are elegantly gilded and gently scalloped,  with the gilding extending to the teacup handle.

Condition: In excellent condition throughout.  Some tiny firing spots which are normal for older china. Not used.
